SoHe Thai Fusion Dinner

SoHe' Thai Fusion hosted an intimate dinner for Perth foodies  for its official launch.

The Restaurant served up SEVEN courses, each paired with a wine from around the world.

The modern fusion restaurant, is open six nights a week, brings together fresh, local ingredients, divided into small, share-style dishes.

Sohe’ Owner and Head Chef Devinda Jayasinghe has fostered his passion for Thai food into an a fresh, new restaurant, and there is no denying his love of food.

For us the highlights were the prawn curry (seriously ah-mazing) and seared scollops in coconut sauce.  We definitely waddled our way out!
