The media launch for the 2015 Sculptures by the Sea had every TV news crew and photographer in the city descend on Cottesloe Beach.
And why shouldn’t they? Sculptures by the Sea has become an iconic event on the Perth calendar and this year is not to be missed.
Usually here at The Social Pages we cover the crowd but for this, we just couldn’t take our eyes off the stunning art and the glittering water… Cott really turned it on.
For the second year, judges have again awarded two artists the $10,000 Western Australian Sculptor Scholarship, Norton Flavel for his floating masterpiece, 'Lucky Country' and Kim Perrier's 'Ashes to Ashes'.
The Hon. John Day MLA also announced that Tourism WA, would renew its support of the exhibition through until 2017.
This year exhibition runs until March 23rd. For more information on the event click here
